Getting started

As a new employee you will follow a comprehensive induction programme aimed at welcoming you and helping you to feel comfortable in your new role.

We then offer a tailored programme to provide a sound basis for your future development.

Career development

Primark fully believes in the principles of self development where the individual is responsible for achieving their learning objectives.  All our employees are encouraged to play an active part in ensuring that their own development needs are reviewed and met as part of a dynamic and resourceful team environment.  

There is plenty of help available for you to meet your needs. We provide career development programmes with comprehensive training in specific business areas. In addition, we run task-specific training support for staff who need to enhance existing skills or develop new ones. As part of this commitment, we work in partnership with Protocol Skills to deliver NVQ programmes in the following four areas
